Save the tenant first. Then use Pre-tenancy, Checkout and Start Rent Check buttons on the tenant record when you are ready. A Right to Rent share code is the GOV.UK code a tenant gives you so you can verify their immigration/right-to-rent status online.

Documents available now
Attach ID, payslips, bank statements or Right to Rent evidence before saving the tenant.
Files upload after the tenant record is created.
